Work Truck Week 2025: The Ultimate Industry Gathering Sets New Attendance Record

Work Truck Week 2025 brought together 16,413 industry professionals from 31 countries and all 50 U.S. states for the largest commercial vehicle industry event of the year. The commercial vehicle industry’s biggest event drew over 16,000 professionals to Indianapolis.

Work Truck Week 2025 lived up to its reputation as the ultimate industry reunion, bringing together 16,413 industry professionals from 31 countries and all 50 U.S. states at the Indiana Convention Center from March 4–7. Organized by NTEA – The Work Truck Association™, this year’s event was the largest yet, showcasing the latest vehicles, technology, and trends driving the future of the work truck sector.

Breaking Records with Unmatched Industry Engagement

Work Truck Week 2025 once again set a new attendance record, making it the third consecutive year of growth for the industry’s largest event. With 549 companies filling the sold-out exhibit hall and New Exhibitor Pavilion, attendees explored a vast range of commercial vehicles, equipment, and cutting-edge technology designed to enhance efficiency and performance.

“The commercial vehicle industry certainly showed up in Indianapolis this year,” said Steve Carey, NTEA president & CEO. “With new products on every aisle, impressive engagement in educational sessions, and lively networking events, we couldn’t have asked for a better week. People were excited to be there and are already looking forward to next year.”


Technology and Innovation Take Center Stage

The event kicked off with Green Truck Summit on March 4, offering a full-day immersion into advanced commercial vehicle technology. As the industry faces evolving regulations, Jennifer Brace, chief futurist for Ford Motor Company, delivered a keynote address, helping attendees prepare their operations for the future. 715 participants attended sessions throughout the day, gaining insights into sustainability, fuel efficiency, and emerging tech.

The popular Ride & Drive event on March 5–6 gave attendees the opportunity to test drive or ride in 20 vehicles spanning Classes 2–8. The lineup included all-electric vans, trucks, and chassis, along with internal combustion vehicles featuring fuel-efficient advancements designed to reduce emissions.


Product Launches and Industry Highlights

Work Truck Week is known for unveiling the industry’s latest innovations, and this year was no exception. Dozens of companies launched new products, announced partnerships, and showcased technology advancements throughout the week.

For those seeking in-depth insights, the Commercial Vehicle Data Exchange & Reception debuted on March 6, giving industry professionals a platform to explore and expand the commercial vehicle data ecosystem. This was part of an extensive educational program covering:
