A few years ago, Sno-Way came out with a new product line of spreaders called the RVB line. The RVB spreaders are designed to give the contractor, facility manager or homeowner complete control over ice removal. Sno-Way thought of the contractor first when designing the REVOLUTION V-Box salt spreaders. Start to finish they were designed with the contractor in mind!
The patented Inverted Vee system is designed to be adjustable so contractors can change the configurations and allows you to open or close the sections to flow many different types of material. When you’re running the auger or the spinner, you’re able to maintain speed and the output you want. This control works much like cruise control, when you’re going up hill, you need more power and the vehicle automatically increased the amount of horsepower, then when you start to coast, it brings that power back down, the Sno-Way system works basically the same way. If you are running salt through your spreader and big pile jumps on the auger, rather than stopping the auger and going into a shut-down reverse mode, you just put more power on it and the flow rate will be maintained, this all happens automatically without the operator doing a thing but driving the vehicle.
Sno-Way’s streamlined design for maintenance and service, their patented inverted Vee System, and their patented RS Control system sets these auger spreaders apart from the rest of the spreaders on the market.
