With less than a month remaining, fleets, contractors, and industry professionals planning to attend Work Truck Week® 2026 (WTW26) are encouraged to act soon to take advantage of advance pricing discounts, which expire February 13.

Work Truck Week, held annually in Indianapolis, is the commercial vehicle industry’s largest event, bringing together manufacturers, upfitters, fleet managers, and service providers from across the work truck and snow and ice management sectors. Registering early allows attendees to save on registration fees, upgrades, and add-ons, in addition to any applicable NTEA member discounts.

Maximize Your Time in Indianapolis

For those looking to get the most value from the event, upgrading to a Work Truck Week Conference Package or Green Truck Summit (GTS) Conference Package provides expanded access to education, networking, and on-demand content.

Conference package benefits include:

  • Access to all WTW breakout sessions
  • Entry to Work Truck Show exhibits
  • Participation in Ride & Drive
  • On-demand educational material
  • WTW Opening Reception
  • GTS Program and Lunch (included with the GTS Conference Package)

These packages are designed to help attendees go beyond the show floor, offering insight into fleet optimization, sustainability, workforce development, and emerging technologies shaping the commercial vehicle industry.

Spotlight: Train-the-Trainer Welding Initiative

As part of the broader educational focus surrounding Work Truck Week, NTEA is also highlighting a Train-the-Trainer initiative aimed at addressing workforce development challenges in the work truck industry.

This program provides companies with access to a consistent, structured training curriculum that can be used internally to train and certify welders. Once fully trained, participants are equipped to launch an in-house welding training program, supporting long-term talent development and skill consistency across their organizations.

The session will be:

  • Moderated by: Jennifer Mitchell, Senior Director of Content Development, NTEA
  • Presented by:
    • Dan Klingman, Manager, Educational Programming CWI/CWE, The Lincoln Electric Company
    • Bill Finn, Senior Program Manager, Lincoln Electric | LEEPS Programs, NC3 | National Coalition of Certification Centers

The program is offered at no cost for both members and nonmembers (NTEA login required).
