Sno-Way’s leadership transition marks a smooth shift to new CEO Eric Grunwald, keeping the company’s innovation-driven culture firmly in place.

Following the retirement of longtime President Terry Wendorf, Eric Grunewald has stepped into the role of CEO, leading the same dedicated team that has built Sno-Way’s reputation for over three decades.
For more than 30 years, Sno-Way has set itself apart in the snow and ice control industry through its relentless focus on innovation, earning numerous patents that make life easier for contractors in the field. Whether it’s snow plows, spreaders, or control systems, Sno-Way products are designed to deliver performance, reliability, and simplicity.
“Our innovations are really what define us,” said Tom Brewer of Sno-Way. “From the front of the truck to the back, everything is designed with the contractor in mind. We want equipment that’s user-friendly, durable, and distinctively Sno-Way.”
That innovation extends beyond plows to Sno-Way’s line of stainless steel and poly V-box spreaders and poly tailgate spreaders in 4-, 6-, and 9-cubic-foot sizes.
