The commercial vehicle industry is preparing to take center stage this spring as Work Truck Week® 2026 returns to Indianapolis with a sold-out show floor, dozens of product launches, and hands-on vehicle experiences designed to showcase what’s next for work trucks and vocational fleets.

Scheduled for March 10–13, 2026, at the Indiana Convention Center, Work Truck Week once again positions itself as the industry’s premier launchpad for new commercial vehicles, truck bodies, equipment, components, accessories, and technology. Produced by NTEA – The Work Truck Association, the event brings together fleet managers, upfitters, distributors, manufacturers, and industry professionals from across North America.

A Full-Scale Look at What’s New

Attendees can expect a strong showing of new products across the sold-out Work Truck Show® exhibit hall, where manufacturers will debut the latest solutions designed to help trucks work harder, smarter, and more efficiently. From advanced lighting and safety systems to bodies, coatings, organization systems, and camera technology, innovation will be on display across every segment of the commercial vehicle market.

According to Steve Carey, NTEA president and CEO, Work Truck Week remains unmatched in its ability to highlight how trucks are customized for real-world applications.

“Work Truck Week showcases the innovation of the commercial vehicle industry, including the many ways truck-mounted equipment, bodies, components, accessories and technology applications are configured to create customized vehicles that work harder and smarter,” Carey said. “There is no better place to discover the latest developments in an industry that never stops inventing.”

Many exhibitors are already previewing their launches in the Work Truck Week Product Gallery, where attendees can filter by “new” to see upcoming vehicles and equipment ahead of the show.

Ride & Drive Returns

The popular Work Truck Week Ride & Drive runs March 11–12, giving attendees the opportunity to get behind the wheel of commercial vehicles equipped with the latest propulsion systems, fuel options, sustainability features, and onboard technology. Additional details on participating vehicles are expected in the coming weeks.

New Exhibitors, New Opportunities

Beyond new products, Work Truck Week 2026 will also spotlight new suppliers entering the market. More than 50 companies are exhibiting for the first time, with 25 featured in the New Exhibitor Pavilion located just outside the main exhibit hall. The pavilion opens an hour earlier than the main floor on March 11–12, offering early access to emerging manufacturers and solutions.

More Than a Trade Show

True to its “More Than a Trade Show®” positioning, Work Truck Week includes a full slate of industry education and networking events. Green Truck Summit takes place March 10, educational sessions run March 10–12, Work Truck Show exhibits are open March 11–13, and Ride & Drive runs March 11–12. The event also includes the NTEA Annual Meeting and extensive educational programming focused on regulations, technology, and vocational truck solutions.
