Monomoy Capital Partners, a private investment firm known for its focus on private equity and credit investing in the middle market, has announced its recent acquisition of EnviroTech Services, Inc. This move signifies Monomoy’s entrance into the infrastructure solutions sector, particularly in road surface products and road maintenance services.
EnviroTech Services, Inc., based in Greeley, Colo., is a prominent value-add distributor in the industry, delivering innovative road and surface solutions for soil stabilization, erosion and dust control, as well as anti-icing and deicing solutions. Founded by Roger Knoph in 1989, EnviroTech has maintained its commitment to research and development, emphasizing product efficacy, environmental sustainability, and road safety.
The acquisition marks a milestone for Monomoy, as it becomes the first institutional investor in this founder-owned business. Roger Knoph, the founder of EnviroTech, expressed confidence in Monomoy as the right partner for the company’s future. Knoph stated, “Our shared commitment to reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence underscores every aspect of this collaboration.”
